Last Exam Details

Exam: Enter last exam name the applicant appeared. This information is needed when applicant has passed out from, other than Shivaji University. If candidate is from Shivaji University then Last Exam Details will be displayed on entering PRN number.

Seat No.: Enter last exams seat number.

Year Of Passing: Enter last exams passing year.

Principal Subject: Enter principal subject of final year.

Total Marks/ Out Of: Enter total marks obtained & out of on adjacent field.

Subject At 2nd Year of Degree: Enter principal subject of 2nd year & marks obtained on adjacent field.

Previous College: Enter previous college name.
Previous University: Enter previous university name.

 

Entrance Test Examination

Exam Center: Select exam center were candidate will appear entrance exam.

Principal Subject: Select principal subject of which entrance exam will be attempted. If candidate is applying for courses, for which entrance exam is not applicable then cursor does not navigate on this field.

Hostel Accommodation Required: Specify whether candidate requires hostel accommodation.

Subject & Code: Select five subjects to which the candidate will appear in order of preference.  Selected subjects will not be displayed for next preference field. If candidate is filling application level form then minimum one preferential subject must be selected.

Teaching Center: Teaching centers of the corresponding subjects will be displayed; You are allowed to change these centers only for the first time; i.e. only before saving form.

Methods At B.Ed.: If candidate is appearing entrance exam of B. Ed. then cursor comes on this field. Select method of B. Ed.

 

Payment Of Fees

Amount: Fee amount of principal subject will be displayed & each preferential subject will cost Rs. 100 for candidates applying for entrance exam; If candidate is applying for application level form then fee amount will be constant for number of subjects.

Cash / DD: If candidate is filling this form from university itself, then fee can be paid by cash, else by DD.

University Challan/DD No.: Enter DD/challan number.

Date: Enter payment date.

Bank: Enter bank name. If candidate pays fee in University then the Bank name must be University.

There are two settings, namely 101 & 102.

101 – Sets non-dependable subjects i.e. all Principal Subjects of respective Course will be obtained but the subjects to be entered in Order of Preference will be displayed irrespective of the Principal Subject selected.

102 – Sets dependable subjects i.e. all Principal Subjects of respective Course will be displayed & the subjects to be entered in Order of Preference will also be with respective to the Principal Subject selected.
